Default Stalling when cam sensor is plugged in. Why?

First thing I did to the car, was install the wrong battery. I was given a battery at Walmart and the polarities were reversed. It blew the battery fuse, which was replaced(I already know I am an idiot). I week later my car stalls. Every time I start the car, it stalls. Between my mechanic and the Honda dealership, I have spent over $1500 on replacing the cam sensor, tdc sensor, ECU, alt, and battery. The car starts when the cam sensor is not plugged in, but starts/stalls when plugged in. What is the problem and solution? I need help asap. Thank you for your time.

BTW, I have a 2001 Civic EX with a VTEC 1.7. No mods to the engine.
