Default aluminum weld on nuts?

wondering if anyone has any sites for any aluminum weld on nuts?

been having an issue with some piping blowing off so i figured i would tig a nut on each side of the connection and strap it with a couple bolts. have seen some higher HP cars do it so i figured why not.

anyone have any leads?

thank you

Yeah, I usually tap my own aluminum unless it's complicated.
This stuff has proper beads rolled into it and still pops off? Must be a fitment issue or excess tension/load on the coupler...
Seen some pretty crazy HP cars work with bead rolled tubes and t-bolt clamps.

vibrant makes exactly what your looking for, check out their website, its a bar that welds onto each side of the charge pipe, with a disconnect if you need to take it apart. i remember seeing them a few years back when they came out.

I would say there might be a slight mis alignment which im going to address while the car is across the way at the paint shop, but i really dont want to go to the track again and have this issue, 3 hour drive to the track to be ruined by IC piping is just a pain in the ***

thanks guys for the repsonses and help

Just make the piping the right way it will never blow off.
