and other run was

76.01 1/8 mph
14.797 1/4 et
97.02 mph

and i just read other thread about 1/4 and he did
60' = 2.249
330 = 6.170
1/8 = 9.388
MPH 76.58
1000 = 12.165
1/4 = 14.520
MPH 97.84

he has 14.520 which is alot better than my time and 97.84 mph vs 14.797@97.02 and 14.768@ 96.30

when i was running there was other R beside me and he ran 14.499@97.44
and why is my speed almost same as his but his time is alot better than me?
i just cant get this

can someone explain to me?

and when i was running i was spinning my tires all the time on 1st gear badly

it's your 60 foot times. Maybe you are launching too high or not high enough. 2.3 isn't bad at all, but he's making 2.2's.

 

im having problems with my 60' times too. im running on kumho supras at around 22 psi. i slip clutch at around 5k rpm, but i constantly get crappy 2.4 60' times. helpp!

 

Slip the clutch from about 6.5-7k at 17-18 psi on the front tires. I pulled a 2.15 60' with 400 treadwear tires doing that. Your trap speed means you could run around 14-14.2, IMO.

If you are spinning too much then you can a) lower your tire pressure, or b) launch at a lower rpm.

 

i guess i have to lower psi on my tire~ i wasnt launching that high rpm

around 4-45 k
