why dont you put it in your car and see.but if you look at the upper left hand corner of the ecu there is a white piece of tape/paper...on a chip...It might be chipped but the pic isnt good

it'll be ok just try it and if it doesnt feel good take it out...but you need to know what kind of chip it is and when does vtec kick in at and where is the rev limiter is too...

what does that sticker say on the chip? it should be programmed coz that chip with the sticker sholdnt be there, if you look in someones stock ecu youll see that chip is not there.
