so my headlights are turning yellow and the clear is coming off, i read a couple threads on how to do it but not fully

lightly wet sand with 600 grit, then 1500, the 2000

buff with wool cut pad then polish with megs plastx foam pad

is that all i need to do for the fix? plus i would like to get some sand out of the inside of the headlights to, i would need to take the acual headlight off the plastic tan pc what do i use to take it apart and also put it back together.....i plan to fully restore these if possible, thanks
