no im not asking my badge # 
but
when i was shopping for a R i was looking at 00-0823 and after i found 00-0817 that is my actual car. i just remember i still have the serial # of 817.. suprise !
itr 00-0823 jh4dc2310ys8xxx66
mine 00-0817 จจจจจจจจจจจจจ67
so that mean my itr was build right before this one right ?
i just found its a interesting information and im curious to know the badge # of the previous and next one so 65 and 68 u know what i mean
823 was originally in montreal and 817 in toronto useless info but well 1 more
discuss ?

Badge numbers don't correlate to production line numbers.
So... I'm confused as to why you are saying your have 0823 if your sig says you have 0817. Actually, I'm confused as to what you are saying period.
