Rev limiter on a pr3?????
I have a pr3 and is the limiter suppose to kick in at 7800?? cause thats where mine kicks in. I have a 98 gsr cluster in it to and also when I had mt 89 crx one it bounced at 7800 to. I was thinking im losing 500 rpm in every gear if thats the case, cause a gsr rev limiter kicks at 8300 I believe??

It's an auto ecu. I had the same problem. Does vtec kick in at like 4800rpm? Just buy a chip of ebay to fix it and remove the speed limiter. But try and get one with the right rev limiter. The best I could find was 8600rpm.

Unless you have an ITR(modified) or a Skunk 2 intake, you may not have the full potential of that motor...
