FS: Custom turbo H22 parts Lovefab, Precision, Tial, PWR, Tilton
These parts are NEW with the exception of the clutch.
I had a small parts shop and the prelude was a demo car. Only the best equipment was bought and every measure was taken to make a very professional and impressive build. Due to certain reasons, we closed down and the kit never got installed.
Turbo manifold and downpipe Lovefab Sidewinder. Heat coated & test fitted in a 5th gen. I will also include a flex pipe as the last bit of the downpipe. Flanged for a T3 hot side. Downpipe is full 3". This lets you keep P/S and A/C but you must shave the lip of the front cross member for the downpipe to fit. You must also relocate the battery to the trunk since thats where the turbo sits. This style of design should avoid all boost creep problems and spool early. There is a second part to the downpipe that is not seen in the pics, but is included with the sale. it is the same stainless steel and also heat coated. The downpipe is split into two parts for easy install.

Precision GT35S Turbo. This is sized roughly like the SC61 but with garrett gt technology. Hot side is also heat coated. Good for up to 700hp but this entire kit was built with the goal of 450 hp.
Price: $950
Tial 38mm wastegate. $180
PWR 6x6 air-water intercooler kit (with radiator and water pump). Radiator sat in the car but was never hooked up, so appears slightly used. Air/water kits are claimed to be better for daily driving as temperatures are kept more constant.
Price: $800
Tilton H22 twin-disk cerametallic clutch and ultralight flywheel. Used 2000 miles, barely broken in. Pics upon request, but it is very clear that the clutch has all its life left. Anyone interested will ask: is it streetable? The answer is yes, but it's not the easiest clutch to drive. I have successfuly driven it daily and through traffic but it requires attention. The super light flywheel feels great, and pedal feel is moderate.

I also have other misc. unlisted parts if you trying to do a full kit (injectors, BOV, etc) all new...
