Default 98 Type R 20K miles

New price- $16,000. I have orig ECU/Antenna.
I need this gone. I've had multiple offers for $16k so first one with the cash gets her I've dropped the price by $3500 now. I'm the 2nd owner, original was from OH and was the service mgr for an Acura Dealer. he was in his 50's and all of the work was done by certified techs. There is NO paintwork, NO accidents, and NO issues period. The body panels are original and all nubers are matching. I guarantee it is the cleanest you'll find. The miles are correct at 198xx, the water pump and belts were changed for maintenace reasons (not for miles but for age). All fluids were changed recently as well. The car has very tasteful and quality mods

JRSC 6lbs boost (200 whp)
autometer gauges
Hondata s300 tuned my Jeff Evans
DC exhaust
JR intake
RC 440's
Comptech sway
Skunk2 Low ti
16" Racing Hart cpo35's (10 lbs each)
Factork fogs with Piaa wiring
factory AC
B&M shifter (but will come with brand new oem with all components)
pwjdm shiftknob
Rays Lugs
viper alarm
MOMO millenium wheel
comptech header
orig ITR mats/trunk mat

I'm sure there's more that I'm missing but everything on this car is 100% mint, and it's garaged. It's never seen snow, and has only been inthe rain once when I drove it home from OH. I'm located in DE. I was asking $18,500 but will take offers. I have a lot of money wrapped up in her. BTW, the SC has only been on for about 6k miles. If you want to return the car to stock, it can be done fairly easily and there's some money to be made from the aftermarket parts if you wish to do so.
I will even include the window sticker.

Default Re: 98 Type R 20K miles NEW PRICE

I'm looking to move this R. I'll be picking up a new Rubicon for the winter and would rather not have both payments. New price $16,900 obo. BTW, I've put about 1500 miles on this car in the past 9 mos.

are you the same guy that was selling this thing before? or did someone else do the same thing to a type R? also, what is the 0-60 with the s/c on? if im not totally mistaken on FI, s/c helps with acceleration and turbo helps with top speed?

Its the same car. I had decided to keep it, but my plans have changed. Not sure about 0-60. SC and turbo both increase acceleration.

but SC is better for acceleration, right? anyway, whats the 0-60? im thinking in the future to put on an SC and tackle the Virginia Climb in a type R and i wanna see if the SC will help with powering out of corners.

There's a loan on her so I would need some cash but may consider partial trades. Possibly a street bike, or a nice jeep.

The sc would probably be better out of the corners because it doesn't need to spool up.

And yes, 200WHP. I'm only running 6lbs. It could hold allot more but I don't race it. It's a very conservative tune.
