Default race seats on stock sliders???

i just bought some one peice black tenzo-r buckets.... i put my stock sliders on em, they bolted right up to the seat. and only one side will bolt into the floor, the other needs two new holes drilled about an inch over from stock hole.( on frame, not seat) i was just wondering how safe that would be? i mean they are comfortable, and they sit real low...everything works. they look nice. anybody done this.

The original holes where seats were bolted are supposedly strengthened...If you're really worried, you can use a longer bolt and attach a nut underneath the car to secure it. It should be fine if not...or you can always replace your brackets/sliders that would fit your car and original holes and spend more.

if you are going to drill new holes for a seat, i would use some metal plates underneath to support the seat and give it strength.

just think about what a seat would do in an accident if not supported good enough...
