I have a 95 Accord and after I've been driving for awhile the transmission stops grabbing. It won't move at all. After I let it cool for a bit it shifts through all the gears just fine. Any idea what could be causing this?

Had this same problem with a '95 EX. Cold it was fine, warmed up it would lose all gears. I have yet to crack the case(just replaced transmission), but my crapshot theory;
When the transmission is cold the tolerances are acceptable within the transmission between the components, clutch packs?. When it heats up the parts expand just enough to cause the transmission to slip or not operate correctly.
The transmission in question had ~200K on it with no maintenance.
