Consider suspension upgrades.

I live in Cali so I don't want to take chances w/ a cat for me.

Carsound cats will pass emissions, and they look like a stock cat so unless the person really knows what they are talking about you will be more than fine.

Its a major bottleneck in your exhaust right now.

High flow cat is definetly a plus. It all depends on what you are going to do with the car. Me I had I/H/E, then coilovers, then turbo, then built motor, then 11sec car..see the progression? WHen I bought my gsr I had no intention of making it that fast, just happened..

High flow cat is what I did after i/h/e. Only next logical thing to do if you want the most out of you i/h/e investment...

Yes, it will work with your catback.

http://www.ipsracing.com sells highflow carsound cats. Anyone know if the dcsports is a 2.25" exhaust or a 60mm?

Since you have a B18B, I am going to assume you don't have a header with a 2.5" collector.

ITR TB?
What does the throttle body do, and how is the ITR one different from an LS one and what kind of differences will it make? How much will it cost?

Thanks,
Ben
