I was hoping for someone to post a picture or give a detailed description as to where the OBD-II plug is on the 99 Accord. The Check Engine light came on while my girlfriend was driving the car from Philly to California, so I'm doing the trouble shooting. I'm very familiar with 5th Gen+ Civics, so its been a brain teaser to find this plug. Once there I can figure out the paper clip jump trick and I can read the codes. Thanks in advance and any help is welcome.

 

**UPDATE**

I tracked down the OBD-II Plug and I did the paper clip relay. This is the first time I've seen the ABS light blink so I'll note that as well.

ABS - 8 Long Blinks 1 Short Blink
Check Engine (MIL) - 2 Long Blinks 2 Short Blinks

I'm going to do some researching.
