I tested the fan and fuses. The fan works when i put direct power to it but when its time to come on when the car is hot. It does not. Only the condensor fan comes on.

 

do you have a voltmeter? If you do put the probes in the harness side to see if the relay is sending power to the fan. If you don't get 12V then its probably your fan relay which I believe may be in the underhood fuse box. You can also switch a fan relay over from another working position in the underhood fuse box to that one and see if it works then.

 

I dont have a voltmeter. I also tried opening the fan relay and jumped it so it will spin. But it still does not spin. Could it be a short in wire to the fan?

 

Swap the radiator fan relay with the condenser fan relay. See if the inop fan begins to work. Quick easy test of the relay.

 

I am having the same issue except mine is a 94 accord, let me get this right the relay for the condenser will work for the radiator fan relay?.
