i just picked up a DA teg and it came with bilstien neuspeed shock/co combo on it but the guy wants them back. i have koni yellows from an ek but the rear shock bushings are wider on the da control arm so i cant bolt the bottom bolt on the ek shocks. now the bushings are totaly shot and need replacing. can i replace them with an ek bushing to be able to fit these shocks on or can i just replace them with an ek aftermarket arm like a blox arm? i had someone put up a pic of all honda rlca lengths and differences but cant find it.

 

Wether you can use the 96-00 bushing or not im really sure, but you can use spacers/washers to make up the difference.

 

i would like to just get ek lca but i dont know if they will throw off the whole geometry of the suspension in the rear. likwe th angle of the shock with the side of the car. the bushing might not be the same distance from the center of the car to the bushing.

 

You can't use EK on a DA. You can use EF/EG/DC2 however. I know the bushings are interchangeable between the EK and EG/DC2 so that makes me think it's probably to fit the DA or EF. I don't know that for fact but it sounds likely.
