this link has a list of most honda injectors. i don't see F23 listed, but i think it's safe to assume they're 235cc like all the F22 and the H23.

When would it be required to upgrade injectors? Assuming I have the 235cc
With the various NA mod work i'm doing.. APEXi 2.25" catback, DC 4-2-1 ceramic header, (never came with a cat).. Bisimoto custom 1.5 cam (between level 1 and 2).. Also going to do a tune when I get it all put together..
Hoping for about 30hp
How much extra horsepower would I need to be pushing before I consider an injector upgrade.. ie. how much more can these stock injectors take before being put on or near to a 100% duty cycle?
