Today i went and picked up an 89 crx si. Im new to the honda game.. so i cant really pin this problem down without taking everything apart.

it was a decent drive, about an hour and a half to get home. and near the end the car started popping itself out of gear when id hit 3rd and 4th. only does it when i get on the gas pretty good. if i ease into it it stays in gear fine. the stick stays in gear also.. it never pops out.

i didnt notice it doing it on the way home, so im hoping it isnt real bad and it was just tired from the drive and the clutch was slipping.. ima wait a few hours and see if itll drive normal then. but do yall have any suggestions? thanks!
