My buddy uses NGK Vpower 8's in his turbo LS. Race plugs. You buy em at advanced auto parts an prolly all the other ones

Higher number = colder. OEM is 5 or 6 depending on what engine.

the simple rule of thumb is for every 100hp over stock, go 1 step colder.

Seeing as how you are only on 10lbs(250whp approx.), I would say go with a 7 heat range.

^^^good info

get the bkr7e plugs gapped at .028", when you are at the parts store, ask for stock# 4644

stock heat range for the b18b is 5 so these are 2 steps colder and should work perfect for a 260whp turbo setup

Its a common misconception, but BKR based plugs are not correct for non-VTEC heasds. They are too short.

the bcpr7es-11 will work too. they aren't the "v-power" but still a 7 heat range (hence the 7 in the part#). gap to .030" and move down if needed. the -11 means they are pregapped to .044" so you will need to close the gap down.
