4 Coolant lines? and turbo Identification?

I have a A/R 80 m 42 L Garrett turbo

I was wanting to know what these numbers mean
And why Does it have Four coolant lines.

Anti-freeze and oil coolant?

Are you sure it doesnt have an oil feed/drain and coolant feed/drain?

Yea thats what im asking?

cause im not sure. ive see only oil cooled one before?
