Whats the best alarm for your money.
i want a good alarm but i dont wanna pay out the *** for it. the one i have on mine now is a POS and only worked a month. let me know what u paid too i want keyless entry for my lude.

for just an alarm the alpine alarms are pretty nice. you can get them with or with out motion sensors. they have 4 outputs for future expansion. they are like $300-$400 installed.

the install is where all the money is at, if you have an alarm already installed and it has some expansion capability (and even if it doesn't just add stuff to the triggers) consider adding tilt sensors, hood locks, proximity/glass breakage etc.
An alarm is only as good as its sensors and the install.
