converting to OBD-1 Help
HELP!!! my brain is turning to MUSH with all these weeb sites tellin me all kinds of stuff and people from othere sites call me names for not doint it there way so now im HERE ... here is my prob My buddy just got a 91 LX 4dr $200 which had a BLOWN Zc so they did 2 things they converted it to stick and muti point thats one thing
now i got this great deal on a Z6 W/P28 0bd-1 plugs for ecu only and the the cmplete motor n tranny w/ motor wiring harnes
here are my ?????'s the plugs in the engin bay from the 0bd-0 wont just fit in the harnes i just need the plugs from an eg but does anyone know what wire goes where or is there another way and will i need to do anything about the tranny

the engine and trans will bolt in no problem
for wiring, use the stock harness that's been converted to mpfi on the z6. then run the wires for vtec and 4 wire o2 into the bay and hook em up.

send your 2 harnesses into rywire.com and they will make you a plug n play obd1 conversion harness. im in the process of making my own right now.

i have the stock harness that comes with the Z6 the only thing i have for the 0bd-0 are the plugs in the engin bay and the ones that go to the ecu i didnt get the car with the 0bd0 engin harness or any at that
then go to the junkyard, and find an obd0 mpfi harness. simple as that.
honestly i would actually snag an entire car harness from a 90-91 EX. this will give you the mpfi set up for your car, and all your power options.
