mine is soo rotted out if i touch it it junt crumbles.. help me out

 

That just a metal piece that help hold down the bumper? 4 or 5 bolt/plastic holding it down.

 

try a spatula or a wooden spoon. be sure to apply lots of peanut butter so you dont scratch your paint.

 

like the bolt heads just break off if i try to turn them. is there any way besides re-drilling the holes out and tapping them? tried the peanutbutter trick already, didnt work

 

Break them, use the ez out tool, and buy new bolts

 

screw heads? or bolt heads? you should have large flat screw heads. I always just use vise grip locking pliers

 

just touch it and let it crumble then start from there.

 

Those are a pain. I normally use a Impact driver (The type you hit with a hammer) and it normally works. Spray with WD-40 for a few days before messing with it if you have the time. If the heads break off just drill em and use screw extractor.
