I just replaced my ac compressor(remanufactured sanden tr70) and charged it.
But will only blow cold air at high speeds.
Blows hot air in stop and go driving but cold air on freeway driving.
Has anyone ever had this problem?
input would be greatly appreciated.

edited for updated:
i just put another can of freon in making it 2 cans total.
and now dosen't blow cold air at all.
please help

Are you sure it's blowing hot when at idle? have you put your hand up to the vent to see if it's blowing cool at all??

Almost all my hondas have done the same thing. If it's literally blowing hot at idle then yeah, something is wrong. If it's cool - cold at idle and super cold when accelerating then I'd say it's not uncommon.

 

yes i have put my hand to the vent and felt the change.
i have owned several model hondas and never came across this issue.

 

maybe the ac condensor is clogged, or the fins are all jacked up on the ac condensor

 

condenser fan working?

and overcharge is a no no haha.

 

both fans works and i will take some freon out to see if something changes,
if that dosen't work i will change the condensor.
still open to other thoughts and ideas
