Has anyone running PIC selects ran into this issue ?
Alright, so I just put on my PIC selects running spring rates (10krear)(12kfront) on my EG hatch, I threaded the shock bodies all the way up before installation, hoping to start off with the lowest setting and begin adjustments from there. Well, with the shock bodies threaded all the way up so the suspension sits at its lowest point without adjusting spring height/preload settings, the car has about an inch gab between the wheel well/wheel in the front, and about a half inch gab in the rear. The car is ran consistently in SCCA and time attack events, so I NEED function over form, so if I have to live with this ride height I will. Honestly though, I would prefer the car to sit lower, at least eliminating the gap. Anyone have any advanced input on adjustments ? I really don't want to lower the spring height and **** with preload adjustments.. Also currently running 215/50/15 tire size
I as running those same rates on my EG and never had a problem with not being able to go low. Here is how it sits with room to go lower on the 10K Select fronts. I feel if I go any lower I might run into contact issues with the UCA and the shock tower. As it is I have no fitment/contact/rubbing issues to report. The difference is I'm on a 205 with a 15x6.5 +32ish offset. I honestly can't remember if I had to lower the spring perch or not.

If you're still unsure, try contacting PIC and see if they've got a resolution. Al has always been able to help me out:

Thanks for the input man, got everything setup right along with the Pi upper camber kit and she rides BEAUTIFULLY! Had a good friend set up the allignment for me and she's all ready for SCCA =-) Sorry about the poor quality pics, they are all off of my phone.
Oh yeah, those aren't scratches on the bumper its some bug and tar remover, just had the whole thing sprayed.
