Default h22 into '94 Civic Sedan...

I have an h22a4,shift linkage, and ECU out of an '00 Prelude. I know I want to use this engine, but what are my options transmission wise? H2B? F23 Bottom end/trans and h22 head? H22 trans? Stick with the D Series trans? Money is not a huge issue, but I'm not trying to break the bank if I don't have to. I know I definitely want to avoid cutting into the Civic floor, like with the rod-to-cable conversion when going with the B Series trans? Will the H2B adapter kit keep me away from cutting the floor?
