got a b16 with omnipower 70mm tb. car's idle does not surge and idles at 850 where my s300 is set. but when it is cold like first start up of the day it idles like a cammed v8 for about 30 seconds at 1k then jumps to 2k and idles nice and smooth until it warms up, once warm idles like a regular car. im on blox type c cams. why does it do this?

 

is there a Fitv? mines blocked off and the idle on start up goes to 1500rpm for like 15-20sec then drops to normal.

 

no theres not, the only idle control I have is a little allen screw next to the butterfly where the throttle cable goes. once its warm it ides perfect. its just when it first starts up
