Default Turbo manifold help

Im looking to get 400-450 hp I have greddy gt3076r turbo
650 injectors
aem emu
3mm head gasket
Tial 38mm wastegate
synapse blow off valve
Walbro 255LPH fuel pump
3" exhaust. installed already Was hitting 330 rwhp 10psi
Now I just had a 3mm headgasket installed and my turner can only get 350 rwhp with 15 psi. The question is I have a rev hard manifold and could this be causing the lack of hp? Do I need a racing manifold like pro street?

The lack of hp is caused by you lowering your compression with the 3mm headgasket. Hows your injector duty cycle ? What fuel pump?

Most likely though its because of the drop in compression from the 3mm.

Get larger injectors, ditch the 3mm head gasket, better manifold with a bigger turbo. I dont see why people are still wasting money on GT turbos when you can get better precision journal bearings for cheaper.

Not a fan of the headgasket method, but it's there keep it.

I saw 450whp-500whp on the same boost level w/that turbo, mine was a .82 a/r.

You will need bigger injectors, I'd suggest Injector Dynamics 1000cc, contact Tony Palo @ T1 Race Development.

I ALWAYS recommend tubular manifolds, better pressure ratio's for making "cleaner" power per lb of boost.

Thats the biggest drawback on your setup, make sure you have a 3" exhaust, and at least 2.5" i/c pipes.

Otherwise, sounds like you have a major boost leak, as 15lbs on that setup would see you will over 400whp imo, unless your tuner is a complete hilljack.

I'd also check the health of your motor, with a comp or leakdown test to make sure it's where it needs to be.

Yes I do have 3" exhaust all the way from turbo all the way back just really stumped on why I'm not seeing at least 400 hp

I was ging to make 400 on it. The full race one is good. I think you have to move your oil filter with that one also.

your injectors are too small, 400hp shouldnt really be a problem w/that setup.

I think you need a new tuner, I bet your injectors are at 80% of what they are good for. You should have need 700ish or just get the ID1000s and never need injectors again...

350hp at 9000 rpms needs more than 550's, there is no way around it unless you fuel pressure is all jacked up.

I have 650 fuel injectors , after doing some research today and talking to a different tuner the problem that I'm having isn't fuel pressure or bad tune , its the manifold in the first picture. The holes in it are to small and need to be alot bigger . So after the pro street manifold is installed and tuned I'll post the results.

making 450 wheel horse is 490 at the crank. you will NOT get that with 550CC injector. your tuners are a joke.

well he said he's using 650 cc injectors.

using the rule of thumb: divide horsepower goal with number of cylinders and multiply by five..... (450/4)*5= 563 gives you the bare minimum, so 650 cc is still cutting it really close so your point is still valid. if i was his tuner i would also suggest 1000cc, so you should find a new guy to go to

400whp should not be a problem with a rev hard / inline pro log type manifold

If you are looking for a good deal. We have one of our back up manifolds off our time attack car we are selling. We could make you a good deal on the whole set up. It has to weekends on it. It is one off three setups we rotate on our time attack car. let me know.

You can check it out below:

Weird. My base start tune at 7psi made more power than that on a tiny t3/t4 60trim.

I made 400 at 13psi on ID725cc on 92 pump.

I'm running a custom top mount manifold from Full Blown Motors.

The revhard manifolds aren't the greatest but I've seen way more efficient setups come out of logs than that.

My buddy with the ultimate racing manifold got 490 off of 18psi so I agree with most of what was posted.

Your power goals don't require a 3mm HG, get a new tuner, and a new manifold is a bonus.
