damn dude thats like x2894673 better than i can do with my diversion... how many hours have u been welding AL?

 

I'd say I've got about 30-40 hours into learning. All self-taught (with some internet tutorials, LOL).

Not much to say, it looks good for a guy just starting out. Your consistency will get better with practice. To make nice looking welds in AL, you will need to develop a good feel for the heat input. That will come!

For a n00b, hell yea. What kindof saw you using to cut the material?

 

Miter saw with a metal cut-off wheel.
