oil light ?

Default oil light ?

My 95 civic si oil light is on. My oil is full. What can this be?
Do i have to buy a oil pressure sensor?

wait am i reading something different than you? and you are 100% kidding right? if your oil light is on and you truly have the right amount of oil, then your oil pressure switch has more than likely gone bad.

Check the oil pressure switch, generally when the switch turns on its really bad.

no i'm pretty sure we're on the same page...

oil light?

if it was blinking, that usually means that the relay that switches on your reverse lights are bad and may need replacing

replace oil pressure switch after verifying the wiring is in good condition. it's highly unlikely of a wiring problem, but could be a faulty connector at the switch.

ya sure? cause we're talking about an oil light. and you're talking about low brake pads and now the relay for the reverse lights..
