I have a 91 ef hatch with a 94 b18b1 swap, p75 ecu obd0 to obd1 jumper harness and obd0 si harness with converted distributor clips.

ok the other day i was just driving around and it threw a code and died, would not start.
tried reading my codes and my codes would NOT blink. tried doing the paper clip thing and tried using a test light on my jumper harness off of the pig tail ( how i normally do it) codes would not read.

I am not getting spark ,pulled off one of my buddies distributors and put it on my car still will not start, getting power to the distributor and everything..double checked and tripple checked all of my wiring everything is still connected correctly..

plugged my ecu into my friends car thinking my ecu was messed up because it wouldnt read me my codes and it started in his car ran fine, but still wouldnt read the codes..before we started it obviously..

So i am pretty much stumped check all my fuses and my ecu ground and all connectors everything is good.

any help?? thanks!

main fuse? check the ecu fuse in the engine bay? what about your wiring under the dash? what about the ecu? is the p75 the correct ecu to be running for that motor?

 

already checked all fuses, checked all wiring where we re pinned out wires..everything is still good... the ecu is correct ive been running the car for about a year with no problems, always been able to read my codes but for some reason i cant now..

 

try different ecu. did you speciffically do anything to the car prior to it doing this(change anything replace anything)
