ok so my buddy got his truck pretty dirty and we took it to a high school car was and they scratched the **** out of it, so now theres a a bunch of little scratches every where, how do i get rid of them, and if he gets it done professorially how much will it cost?

 

buff them out with a wool pad and compound, then polish it
