Official g23/f22/f23 swap people !!

ok im about to try to build a g23 for my car so im looking for all the info i could find on these swaps,all you g23 fans post your setup's ,dyno numbers,pics ,etc ......and im also looking for the best right up about the setup so i could start mine!!
