Default d15b2 to d16a6 question and valve seal question

ok so i might be buying a complete d16a6 swap to switch for my d15b2. question is with the dpfi to mpfi i would have everything i need? (manifold, injectors, si harness, ecu, ressistor box {if theres more plese add}) and the only thing i would need to do is combine the harness' together? also the head on the motor has bad valve seal guids.. so the guy says.. does that mess up the block at all? if not then its all good cuz i found someone selling an a6 head with an aftemarket cam cheap.. if i can have these answered i can jump on this and buy it before its gone.. ive already miss out on one complete a6 dont wanna do it again.. thanks HT

if you are gettin it cheap enough, have the head worked with new seals, a new Z6 gasket and call it a day. all about $300.
