Yes. Depending on what block you put it on it would be considered a G22 or G23 build.

There is a lot of information on these builds circulating these forums. Therefore I'm not going to regurgitate past build threads.

Have a peak here ► 1990-2002 Accord FAQ Scroll down and look under the title swaps. It's half way down the page. There are a few different articles pertaining to the H22A head swap.
