i have a 1997 civic vti which i replaced the engine with another b16a2 form a 1995 vti i used the original ecu, wiring harness, distributor and intake manifold. the car starts but when you try and accelerate it bogs and tries to stall also on the emission test gave a reading of 11%co2 any idea what is causing either of these problems?
