Those come with 2 keys. You lost them both? I have one on a keychain and the other in a SAFE. Instead of asking us just take it to the locksmith and get the answer straight from the horses mouth?
These aren't typical keys. Let the locksmith tell you if they can or can't do it. Something tells me for the price they might quote you it would be better buying another lock.

Call Nrg yourself and speak to them.. Luckily it wasn't on your car at the time it was locked. Also what happened to your spare? They gave me 2 just in case. I always keep the other one in my room.

Honestly man this **** jus happend to me today... an my lock is on my effin hub... I called NRG an they seemed very unprofessional (this is before I told them why I was calling) but they dont offer any assistance with lost keys.
I do not understand why people post threads on Honda-Tech asking how much something is or if a local business could do something for them.
Find a phonebook or check online for the phone number of local locksmiths.
Call a locksmith and explain your situation. You need a new key for a type of lock, but you're not sure they can make you one. Does the person on the other end know or can you come in for a consultation?
Rinse, repeat until you're successful.
In the event you're not successful, try contacting NRG.
I know you wanted to know at 2:30 yesterday morning, but it looks like it took at least until 8 in the morning to get any sort of useful answer. You really should just call locksmiths and see if they can help.
Me? I'd call NRG first. I don't know what the keys look like, but people here are describing them as not being your usual key, so it sounds unlikely you'd be able to have one cut. Lucky for you it's not on the car so it's no emergency.
