I don't have my car yet so I can't measure it but who here has a turbo 5th gen and what Intercooler are you using? I want to get an idea of which ones will fit nicely without a lot of chopping...

Nope. I sold it a while back to help fund my project car which I don't have.
I've been dumping all available $$$ into my h22 build up. But finally bought a 5th gen...so i have noclue what the measurements are inside the bumper for an Intercooler

 

Well, I would take the bumper off, remove the cover, and then install the bumper support, and measure that. I am going to have a fun installing the R33 IC I just bought....

Dont know the differences in the CL and accord bumper but heres what I had to do to the CL to get the ACCORD famx IC to fit.

I like it and it wasnt too far off from fitting the CL.





I bet you can just get the IC from them. I know you can buy the turbo manifold by itself.

niedejb, that looks a little scary if you ever scrape the front though. I hope I can get one that doesn't need to stick out under the bumper...
