seal around moonroof
The seal on the stock '96-'00 Civic moonroofs are part of the glass assembly. You can't just replace the seal.
I have a full moonroof assembly for sale for cheap btw ($50).
Oh, and here's a diagram from the parts catalog that shows the components of the moonroof assembly.

Number 12 is the sunshade and number 14 is the seal on the moonroof pan. Number 9 is the moonroof glass with the attached black rubber seal.

Okay. It's going to have to be from a '96-'00 EX or Si btw.
I don't know if your car is a coupe or sedan either.
The part numbers for the coupe glass is different than the part number for the sedan glass. This could mean the coupe and sedan use different shaped glass that won't work on the other body.
