I've been thinking about doing my roof and hatch on my eg w/ this, seems simple enough, and looks decent for the $$$, Anyone have ANY experience w/ it yet?

ive gotten some of the wanna be carbon vinyl off ebay. I only use it to wrap my box knifes at work so no ones steals them. as far as looks go.... i wouldnt use it on a car.

you will need ample experience to get all of the air bubbles out of the sticker. its not as straitt forward as it seems. and without enough help, it will be crazy hard.
try a vinyl shop, like one that does sticker lettering on anything really. they would be more than glad to apply it and have no problem with the technical difficulty of it being one big **** sticker.
the 3M Di-NOC is some quality vinyl. It really looks like CF. But because of the matte finish people will know. Slap some clear over it and you are good to go. But just like the others have said, unless you know how to wrap vinyl, PAY someone that knows what they're doing to install it.

Wouldnt you want to spray something over the top like a clear so one corner wouldnt peel and the whole thing come off in time. That would def be interesting to see.
I was looking at the carbon roof mold for a while but that is spendy and for what....alll looks.
