Use the ARP Head studs for the H23 Part #208-4307. A stock 3 layer head gasket should do just fine. Use some copper spray if your in doubt. If your looking for a thicker crush height gasket. You could order a Cometic gasket as thick as you need.

just to add to this.. i am thinking of turboing my car as well.. and i do need to replace the head gasket on it.. i am leaking a little in the number one cylinder. I would be swapping to a vtec head, but my question is, the stock headgasket would be okay for this? I have a felpro one that i was going to use, but i thought you were supposed to use a thicker or stronger one? I'm still doing research so correct me if im wrong.
