gsr front sway bar on eg .too stiff or not

hey fellas ive had a gsr front sway bar in the garagefor a while now. i have the integra arms in the front of my eg, if i put the gsr sway bar will it be to stiff for my car

Stock suspension?

I don't see why, my friend has gsr sway bars in his eg hatch for a week or 2 now and he loves it.
has gc 380/350 on it stock shocks
