Strong b16 short block + more

Items: B16 short block, BNIB ARP head studs, and BNIB 2 layer Buddyclub head gasket
Background
Up for sell is my beloved JDM obd0 b16a short block (nicknamed the "Super B16" by my friends). I purchased the complete motor back in January 2007 from a place called Jhot. I hand picked the motor and knew the exact mileage of the motor (37,572miles). I pulled the motor only because I decided to increase my displacement (and not because of problems). When my new motor bent valves, I had to pull the head off of this motor to install on my new motor.
The Good:
-The motor made 176whp/116ft-lbs (fully assembled) on Topspeed's (in Atlanta, GA) dynojet (with CTR cams, bolt-ons, and chipped p28 with a slightly modified GSR map, so the motor was never tuned to it full potential).
-The motor did not knock
-The motor received an oil change every 3-4K
The Bad:
-The short block sat for about a year
-Needs a oil pan (another oil pan and new gasket will be included)
-missing a few parts like crank pully and timing cover (as seen in the picture)
-lost not even a 1/4quart between oil changes
Pic

Proof it did not smoke (a little 4th gear pull from about 40mph )

176whp dyno pull (the pulls are listed 1,3,2 for some reason) + me talking **** to my friends LOL

Head studs

Not pictured is the head gasket
I'm looking to sell the block + head studs + head gasket together for $350 picked up (not looking to ship). That's $80 for the head gasket, $120 for the head studs, and $150 for the block.
Will I part out? Only if a buyer only wants the block. Then I would sell the studs and head gasket separately.
