Default ttrany rad with verly low fluid

whats the worst than can happn and what would be the best way to go about fixing it?

i bought the car like this the old owner had it sitting for 9 months

i added gm synchromesh to help but nothing i think it needs to be reubilt but what do i change?how much and it has lsd so i want to keep that

I'm confused by this post. Maybe it's spelling errors or lack of information but i'm not even sure what you're asking. I dunno what "rad" means. You didn't tell us anything about what kind of transmission it is. You didn't tell us anything that it's doing or if you've even driven on it.
