cheap rim/tire shop in socal 310/424

anyone here knows a cheap place where I can buy drag dr20 with tires?

i got an offer for $580 + tax, dr20 with dz101 balanced and mounted. is that cheap or am i getting ripped?

id say pretty good deal considering youre getting some decent tires included...
