i just bought a test pipe and it didnt fit how it should so i cut like an inch and a half off it and now i need the part that holds the donut that is on the header collector.

im going to weld that to the test pipe and it needs to be 2.5 inch so it will work.

i cant seem to find anyone local that has the part im looking for

it is the part that holds the donut inside it and has two holes on each end for the spring/bolts!

it needs to be 2.5 if anyone has one that they can donate or if anyone can tell me where to get it online that would be great!

the motor is a b16a with factory manifold going into a after market cat back exhaust

 

you tried your local muffler shops and they don't have it?

 

none of them have what im looking for in 2.5 im sure they can get it but i decided to ask on h-t maybe some body has a old cat from a dc2 that is willing to just give it up so i can get that part!

all the local muffler shops have 2 and 3 inch no 2.5 i brought the gasket and the test pipe with me and it wont work!

im thinking about trying pep boys or auto zone but i doubt they have anything!

 

its worth a shot. i remember seeing a 2.5" stuff at my local pepb0yZ.
