i like the direction it's going in, loving those wheels.. as far as paint, you have a lot of options teal would be easier because of the inside, bay and jams but if you really dont care too much since it's a dd have fun with it. look at some oem vw colors maybe?

Good start. Not a fan of the wheels but you will like your suspension. LCAs are good, they bushings are the only thing that are getting bad reviews. They're coming out with a replacement bushing in the next month. I hope mine last a least a year....

Its just a bushing, big deal! I got the black ones though, trying to be subtle.

When you go low you will get camber and it will give you that look you're probably going for anyways. Good luck.

Looking good so far. Thank god you got those tail lights off. and im not a fan off the wheels but everything is good. My friend has a teal hatch and i used to not like the color but now i love. you should def stick with the teal i bet i grows on you.

Have you lowered it yet lol, or is it still monster truck status.

haha i just turned 20, im definitely far from doing anything "for a living". I just save up and invest in something that i know i can make money off of, and that TDI was a great deal for me because i made a good amount of profit on it.

not yet, wheels just went on today so coilovers are next

yeah im thinkin the same thing, im a little concerned now because i wasnt anticipating so much poke. Its still at stock height and i was just curious so i made two of my friends sit in the back seats and the fender was almost sitting on the tire. It could also be my stock shocks are blown, but i really dont wanna camber. I know the coilovers are pretty stiff so maybe that will help a little bit, im not gonna go much lower in the rear than it already is

just dont even think about the rusty hood thing...im watching you and i will cut you in your sleep.

also the green grows on you, i hated it passionately until i got my last civic. then i got used to it. the one i have now was originally the same color but it was repainted before i got it.

Yeah you should definitely look into getting that front end painted. Or at least find someone whos parting out there eg hatch/coupe thats the same color and snag there front end. But your off to a great start! Cant wait to see how it turns out

haha just to help you sleep better tonight i can ASSURE you that there will be no rusty hood nonsense going on in the future. The previous owner just never got it painted and it sat like that for a year in norcal where its a little more moist so naturally that happened.

And i really dont know if that green color will ever grow on me, i will never achieve the look i want if i keep it that color. But we'll see, maybe when you cut me in my sleep i will have some sort of realization or something
