After market tach questions

Icon6 After market tach questions

I got a 90 civic hatch, with a recent B1 swap in it, i am trying to hook up a temporary after market Tach and am not sure how to hook it up to the Distributor. I have the power ground and lighting hooked up works good. Any help would be much appreciated. here are some pics....

Should be a solid blue wire from the ICM to the gauge cluster. That's tach signal. Tap into that wire wherever you want.

Thanks, That was it i spliced in right behind the gauge cluster, works good. Got another question....USDM and Canadian? I have pulled some body and interior pieces off of a USDM 90 Civic and it didn't quite fit on my Canadian Civic, Is there a real difference or is it just me?
