Default Right angle RCA cables or just really small ones

I have a problem with my deck and trying to run the rca cables for an auxiliary in. My car is a 97 EK and I relocated the deck to the bottom slot above the cupholders, but there is like a heater/a/c plastic piece or something that is behind the deck and I can't get my RCA cables to fit between the hole. The amp out inputs are on the left of the deck so those work fine but for some reason they put the aux in on the right side

anyone run in to this before or have a solution? I'm probably going to try just taking it out then putting the rca cables in and then putting it back together and see if it just squeezes in but that will probably lead to them breaking eventually.

You can find some small right angle adapters. If you try to squeeze them in there you run the risk of pinching the RCA's and damaging them.
