91 accord EX Replacing cam tower o-rings
Hi everyone, first post, so go easy on me
I'm working on a 91' Accord EX for a friend that is leaking oil into all 4 spark plug tubes. The upper seals were replaced by a mechanic about 25k miles ago (at 232K) and the leak is still happening. Today I popped off the valve cover and the upper spark plug tube seals seemed still fresh - they were still very flexible and oil didn't cross over the seals - i doubt all 4 of those seals were bad.
Is there a trick to taking the rocker assembly off in one piece? I've been looking through my service manual, but it seems to skip this part (it only does getting the whole cylinder head off and ignores the rocker assembly). What is the tightening order and torque specs? anything will help, thanks!
