Long story short, I got stuck in a sand-mud-puddle and while trying to get out tore off my front bumper and a tough rubber or plastic thing underneath the car directly under the engine. I think it's meant to keep dirt and water from the ground getting to the engine compartment. What is this part called? I've looked on hondapartsnow.com and can't find it.

Car in question is a 95 Honda Accord EX V6

 

I think you refer to the front splash shield, Honda part 74111-SV7-A00
